Due to the increased demand within the GPM Group of companies to deliver larger construction projects from our existing Client base, we incorporated our individual construction division, GPM Contracts Ltd in 2021. At GPM Contracts Ltd we have an experienced team of construction professionals with a wealth of over 35 years’ experience within all sectors of the industry.
We offer both Turnkey Design & Build solutions and traditional procurement methods of construction.

GPM employ qualified site management and highly skilled tradesmen and approved Sub-contractors from our database, endeavoring to deliver our projects on time and within budget, ensuring exceptional quality and detail, whilst conforming with all current health & safety and environmental standards. We have completed projects and are working alongside Clients from Rosebery Housing Association, Hexagon Housing Association, Chelmer Housing Partnership to individual private Developers. Our projects range in value from £250,000.00 to £2,400,00.00 and we are fully conversed with all JCT procurement routes. GPM Contracts Ltd predominantly undertake our projects throughout London, the Home Counties and East Anglia. We also benefit from the skills and craftsmanship from our core company GPM Group when we are reliant on bespoke joinery items.

The core of GPM Contracts Ltd is the delivery of much needed affordable and social housing for our key Clients, however we also undertake commercial, industrial and minor works projects. Our experience and expertise in project management enables GPM Contracts Ltd to create an effective and tailored construction solution to meet our clients requirements.
